Where we come from
The owners of East Coast Food Equipment can trace their roots
to the moletas (knife grinders) originating from what is now
Pinzolo, Italy. From Pinzolo their ancestors came to America
seeking a better life, eventually settling down in Baltimore and
New York City. Through their hard work and dedication these
ancestors gradually built successful knife-sharpening businesses.
Today East Coast Food Equipment not only provides a
knife-sharpening service but also food-processing equipment and
other services to restaurants, supermarkets, meat processing
plants and kitchen
